We are building a world-class team to realise our vision of a true holographic 3D without head gear. We believe that 3D holographic experiences will drive human digital interactions of the future. Our award-winning team has over 50 cumulative years' experience in managing high tech projects in both consumer and professional technologies, taking ideas from proof of concept to demos or prototypes to full products with services. Technical areas of expertise include: graphics software engineering, 3D design, real-time embedded systems and photonics engineering. Commercial experience includes consultancy, finance, business development and communications.

 
 

Raj Lakha

Raj is responsible for business development and investment advisory for Holoxica Healthtech Plc. He has assisted health related companies in the UK to raise investment and grow globally.

Michael Castle

Michael, co-founder, worked as a field applications engineer for a Silicon Valley startup SiRF, that was sold to Qualcomm. He has formed his own semiconductor startup in communications, and developed a test chip for automated meter infrastructure (AMI). He has also worked in sales at Telit, a supplier for the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) market. Michael has an Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Electronics as well as an MBA from Cambridge University.

Dr. Javid Khan, Founder

Javid worked in Philips Advanced Products development and the European Commission on R&D programme management with many international projects. His expertise spans display technology, 3D graphics, image processing and AI. He has won numerous awards for his pioneering work on 3D holographic displays. Javid is a recognised expert in these technologies and is an expert evaluator for UK and European R&D programmes. Javid holds an EngD (Engineering Doctorate) in Photonics plus MEng and MSc degrees in Microelectronics and Telecoms Engineering, as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).

 
Ian Underwood

Prof. Ian Underwood

Ian is a worldwide authority on micro-displays and an experienced entrepreneur; honours include many awards (including the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003), a seat on the Scottish government scientific council and even an entry in the Guinness Book of Records for making the world's smallest TV. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

 
 
 
Edwin Van Beek

Prof. Edwin J.R. van Beek

Edwin is a Director at the Clinical Research Imaging Centre based in the University of Edinburgh and is a Professor of Radiology. Edwin is highly experienced and qualified in multiple imaging modalities, including CT, MRI and PET. He has extensive experience working in clinical trials, with a particular focus on the development of imaging methods, software for image analysis and the application of contrast media.

 
 
 
Graham Dodgson

Dr. Graham Dodgson

Graham is a highly experienced senior manager and entrepreneur in the high technology sector with extensive experience of product development and commercialisation in fields including telecommunications, software, semiconductors, medtech and optical systems. Graham has a PhD in Biomedical Devices, MBA from London Business School and BSc in Electronics from Sheffield University.
